Replacement and return of quality goods
If the goods are of satisfactory quality, under Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer shall have the right to replace the goods within 14 days, unless the seller has set a longer period, with analogous goods of a different size, shape, colour, model or completeness at the place of purchase or at any other place indicated by the seller, or to return the goods to the seller and recover the price paid for them.
Before returning the goods, the Buyer and the Seller shall agree in writing on the reasons, circumstances, methods and conditions for returning the goods. Goods returned to the seller must be in complete condition, free from signs of wear and tear and damage, and in their original packaging acceptable for return.
