Elega, UAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") hereby establishes the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data through the use of the website operated by the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy"). The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivering it directly to Žalgirio 131-211, 08217 Vilnius .

Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than within one month from the date of the request, provide a reply and perform or refuse to perform the actions specified in the request.
